Something Royal Party Company
Frequently Asked Questions!
Still have questions about your princess party? Contact us via email or phone!
When should I book my event?
It is never to early to book! However, please have a few backup options for dates and times ready should there be any conflict with previously scheduled events.
What areas do you serve?
For in person events, we serve Western MA and Northwest CT! Any location beyond 30 miles from our headquarters in Agawam, MA will incur an extra travel fee.
For virtual options, no place is to far!
Is tip included in the price of the event?
Tips are not included in the price of the event. Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. Any tips received go directly to your performer.
I don't see the character I want, can I still book them?
Maybe! Contact us via phone or email and we can talk about adding a little extra magic!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your event please notify Something Royal as soon as possible. You will have 30 days to transfer your non refundable deposit to a different party date. After the 30 days the booking party will have to pay another deposit should they decide to rebook.
I'm hosting my party at a venue rather than my home, what do I need to know?
Always notify a venue that you wish to have a performer come to your event before booking with Something Royal. Especially, if it is a swimming mermaid party! This way they can tell you what is allowed at their facility and if Something Royal needs to provide any proof of insurance.
We would hate to show up for your child's special day and then not be allowed in.
When should I have the character arrive at the party?
We recommend having performers start at least a half hour after the start time you set on your guest's invitations. This ensures that the majority of the little guests have arrived and are settled for the experience.
What is your COVID 19 Protocol?
Something Royal Party Company will follow all state and local guidelines when it comes to COVID-19. As these guidelines change so will our policy. Our performers are fully vaccinated for the safety of the children and families we work with. Currently our masking policy is at the discretion of the booking party, unless otherwise mandated by the event’s location.
Should an attendee of the scheduled event test positive for COVID-19, we cannot perform with them in attendance. You will be given the option to reschedule after their quarantine is complete.
Should the performer test positive after an event, the booking party will be notified immediately in order to take proper precautions.
